  1. Friday: Sweet Torino…
    ...Torino, the capital of chocolate but also of awe-inspiring architecture with a bit of an old-time look. You start your tour through the city from the Mole Antonelliana and the cinema museum. You'll then go by the historical coffee shops and bakeries, impossible not to remain impressed by all the delicious pastries exposed in their shop windows. A must to try is the “Biceps”, a historical chocolate based beverage enriched with coffee and cream which you will enjoyed accompanied with a piece of chocolate cake in one of the historical coffee shops in downtown Tori no. Along the way from Tori no to As ti, you'll stop at a 1900's holiday farm totally immersed in the country side. There you will enjoy home-grown products: specialties such as “Tagliatelle with mint or Agnolotti with ragù, mixed boiled meats with tasty sauces, the exquisite “bagna cauda” plus walnut cake. Walnuts, one of the most important ingredients for many confectionary products that make Piemonte famous in the world
  2. Saturday: La Largne, land of flavors...
    ...on a trip to the Langhe, the hills halfway between the Alps and the sea, dive into a country full of flavors. The specialties: truffles, wine, cheese, nuts, chocolate, ... The beginning makes the city of Asti, with a guided tour of the crypt Sant'Anastasia and at a subsequent lunch in the old town you can enjoy the delights of the local cuisine along with a Barbera d'Asti. In the evening we take you into the deep of the wine cellar of fine wines on a trip to a known family of winemakers in Alba - of Barbera d'Alba Superiore, Nebbiolo, Arneis and other wines of the family.
  3. Sunday: The truffles of Alba...
    ...Alba, that charming city with its characteristic medieval towers, is known for its truffles which you'll taste in a Trattoria Alba with selected wines and specialties. On the way to Bra, you will make a stop in the wine museum at Castello WiMu Falletti Comunale di Barolo, where you will delight the Barolo and Barolo Chinato at a wine tasting. In Brazil, the birthplace of world-renowned Slow Food movement, offers an aperitif with appetizers in a historic bar in the style of Liberty.
